Initiative & Self Direction
Taking initiative and being self-directed means to initiate or look for ways to help and accomplish tasks without being told to by someone else. Often it is not enough for us to wait around for someone to tell us what to do. It is our responsibility to do what needs to be done without being asked. This workshop will equip our future leaders with the skills needed to be self-sufficient in their everyday lives.
